消息面上，4月16日，统计局发布了3月全国房地产市场基本情况。数据显示，3月商品房销售面积在核心城市复苏行情的带动下环比上升，且新房和二手房价格环比上涨的城市数量均有所增加。值得关注的是，花旗集团策略师呼吁投资者增持中国房地产股，因为政策支持和更好的管理实践预计将提高该行业的盈利能力。汇丰控股有限公司分析师也对房地产行业的看法变得更加乐观，认为主要开发商的ROE（股本回报率）将会复苏，这将带来盈利提升。

中信证券指出，各地出台提振消费政策，都将稳楼市纳入政策框架。该行认为房地产行业在提振消费政策中的重要性，既体现为与住房直接或间接相关的消费，也体现为房价财富效应对居民收入信心和消费意愿的重要影响。该行相信全国性政策将在4-5月出台，具备较强产品力的开发企业和持有优质运营资产的企业具备投资价值；也持续看好物业和商管服务板块的红利价值。
