智通财经APP获悉，雅生活服务(03319)涨超4%，截至发稿，涨4.27%，报2.93港元，成交额1124.63万港元。
消息面上，雅生活服务公布，与控股股东雅居乐控股订立框架协议，据此，公司将向雅居乐控股收购环保相关业务，包括雅居乐环保70%以及雅居乐生态100%股，总代价6060万人民币，将以内部资源提支付。
值得注意的是，雅生活服务此前宣布采纳经修订的股息政策，自2025年财政年度起，预期每年派付不低于核心归母净利润的25%作为股息。此外，公司董事会将视乎市场情况及公司届时的实际需要，有意于公开市场回购不多于1.42亿股份（即于股东周年大会日期之已发行股份总数之10%）。
