Macrotech Developers (NSE:LODHA, BOM:543287) recorded a rise in its consolidated attributable profit to 9.22 billion Indian rupees in the fiscal fourth quarter ended March 31, against 6.65 billion rupees a year ago.
Earnings per share climbed to 9.22 rupees compared with the year ago figure of 6.81 rupees, according to a Thursday filing by the real estate developer. The EPS was lower than the 12.18 rupees estimated by the analysts polled by Visible Alpha.
Revenue from operations in fiscal Q4 also increased to 42.2 billion rupees from 40.2 billion rupees a year earlier.
The company's board recommended a final dividend of 4.25 rupees per equity share of 10 rupees each of the company.
