2025年4月24日，中诚信国际公布评级报告，北京金隅集团股份有限公司2024年面向专业投资者公开发行科技创新可续期公司债券(第三期)品种二跟踪评级获“AAA”评级。
本次跟踪维持主体及债项上次评级结论，主要基于北京金隅集团股份有限公司（以下简称“金隅集团”或“公司”）水泥业务保持突出的产能规模优势，在华北地区领先的市场地位相对稳固；水泥产业链延伸、新型建材及商贸物流等板块一体化发展有助于增强产业发展竞争力；具有很强的外部融资能力等方面的优势。同时中诚信国际也关注到房地产和水泥行业的下游需求疲弱导致公司盈利及经营获现水平持续承压；房地产业务仍面临一定的投资压力，需关注资金平衡情况及房地产项目的去化进度；行业下行期公司资金需求增加，债务规模和财务杠杆上升较快等因素对其经营和整体信用状况造成的影响。
中诚信国际认为，北京金隅集团股份有限公司信用水平在未来12~18个月内将保持稳定。
