　　本报讯 近日，海南金水门银河丰豪餐饮有限公司因三防设施不达标，逾期未改正，被罚2000元。

　　2月27日，海口市市场监管局美兰分局执法人员对海南金水门银河丰豪餐饮有限公司美兰区新埠金水门第一号铺面进行检查，发现该店三防设施不达标。该公司的行为涉嫌构成逾期未改正店内卫生设施，不符合国家卫生城市标准要求的行为。为查明事实，执法人员于当日立案调查。

　　经查，1月13日，执法人员检查发现，海南金水门银河丰豪餐饮有限公司美兰区新埠金水门第一号铺面三防设施不达标，向该公司发出期限为15天改正的《责令整改通知书》。2月27日，执法人员复查时，发现该店三防设施还是不达标。

　　海口市市场监管局美兰分局认为，鉴于海南金水门银河丰豪餐饮有限公司的违法事实及情节，应给予相应的行政处罚。

　　针对海南金水门银河丰豪餐饮有限公司三防设施不达标的行为，依据《海口市爱国卫生管理办法》相关规定，海口市市场监管局美兰分局决定责令海南金水门银河丰豪餐饮有限公司立即改正违法行为，并作出罚款2000元的行政处罚。
