日本最大的投资银行和经纪公司野村控股周五公布，第四财季净利润增长27%，原因是其投资管理和财富管理业务收入增长。

　　野村财报显示，截至3月底的财季实现净利润720亿日元（约合5.0115亿美元），上年同期为568亿日元。

　　野村的投资管理部门连续第五个季度实现创纪录的业务收入，但由于市场状况，其管理的资产有所减少。

　　在强劲的投资咨询费的推动下，财富管理部门的经常性收入达到创纪录高位。

　　资产管理已成为日本金融机构的核心增长领域，这些机构希望获得稳定的收费收入，以减少受市场情绪起伏的影响。

　　为此，野村正以18亿美元现金收购澳大利亚麦格理集团在美国和欧洲的公共资产管理业务，这是其自2008年收购雷曼兄弟（Lehman Brothers）资产失败以来最雄心勃勃的海外扩张。

　　野村证券批发部门（包括投行和全球市场部门）的收入较上年同期增长82%，原因是全球市场部门的股票收入和投资银行收入增长。
