消息面上，盛业发布特别股息派发建议公告。公司计划于2025年5月16日召开董事会，并建议向全体股东派发总额不低于6亿元（人民币，下同）的特别股息，进一步增强股东回报能力和提升公司投资价值。此前，盛业董事会已在2024年年度业绩公告中，建议向全体股东派发2024年度末期股息每股0.347元，派息总额约3.4亿元，派息率为90%。叠加本次特别股息分红，盛业在2025年派发的股息总额预计将不低于9.4亿元。
国投证券此前指出，公司平台化发展战略持续推进，业务版图不断扩张，生态布局成效显著，国家支柱行业与战略性新兴产业双线并进，同时积极拥抱AI 新时代，截至2024 年末累计研发投入超过2.5 亿元，研发人员占比接近30%，推动AI 基础模型融合、智算算力扩展。未来资金方与供应链生态重要参与者的加速整合，以及科技赋能的深化应用，有望进一步推进公司平台化发展及产业协同共赢。
