本报讯 记者缪亚平报道 记者4月23日从云南省商务厅获悉，截至4月20日，全省手机等数码产品购新补贴累计1013779笔，补贴金额3.69亿元，带动消费29.43亿元。统计数据显示，今年一季度，云南省限额以上单位通信器材类商品零售额同比增长64.8%，购新补贴政策成效显著。

　　1月20日，云南省手机等数码产品购新补贴活动正式启动。在省商务厅的统筹下，省级以旧换新公共服务平台（以下简称“平台”）已搭建完成，具备企业（商户）报名、商品报备管理等功能。平台通过API接口，将原单一领券模式升级为京东、淘宝、苏宁、抖音等线上渠道站内领券核销。同时，平台引入京东支付，完善全渠道支付结算服务，多方合力提升企业（商户）以旧换新业务运营效率，提升消费体验。

　　截至4月20日，全省已有2660家线下企业、6476个门店、11个线上平台（京东商城、苏宁易购、淘宝天猫、OPPO线上商城、VIVO线上商城、小米线上商城、抖音、快手、拼多多、荣耀商城、九机）参与活动，实现全省129个县（市、区）全覆盖。

　　今年手机等数码产品购新补贴活动将持续至12月31日。下一步，省商务厅将持续优化补贴申报流程，提升各方服务效率，推动政策红利精准直达消费者与企业（商户），进一步释放数码产品消费潜力。
