自群众身边不正之风和腐败问题集中整治工作开展以来，西宁市湟源县住建局党组认真贯彻落实各项决策部署，深入排查问题线索，高质量推进办好民生实事。截至目前，宝林9号楼、盛世万家8号楼、汇都123号楼已完成368户居民交付入住。

依托国土空间规划为基底，开展城市更新、燃气等专项规划编制，以规划把握政策投向、精准包装，做好国债等资金争取，落实建设东西大街、滨河北路等主干道地下管网改造；借鉴“千万工程”经验，加快推进农牧民居住条件改善项目建设，全面赋能城乡环境提档换速。成立公租房运营管理公司，统筹盘活闲置资产，市场化运作探索“新型公租房”。创新物业改革，筹建物业服务中心，健全物业联席机制，将物业职能划归城管局，构建“大城管”格局，定期研究民生微心愿，精心开展物业提质增效行动。

依托有诉必应马上办机制创新工作，紧盯历史遗留问题，下好基层治理“一盘棋”，建立会商机制、定期研判分析项目施工过程中的堵点难点，指定专人跟进，协调多部门合力推进项目进展。同步强化风险研判，延伸信访处理末端，深入推进十大专项行动。
