路透4月28日 - 华尔街日报周一援引知情人士的话报导称，包括摩根士丹利、美国银行、巴克莱银行和三菱日联金融集团(MUFG)在内的一批银行，出售了与亿万富翁马斯克以 440 亿美元收购社交媒体平台 推特（现名 X）有关的最后一笔债务。
报导还称，这 12 亿美元的贷款是以每美元 98 美分的价格出售的。
摩根士丹利MS.N、巴克莱银行BARC.L、三菱日联金融集团8306.T和 X 没有立即回应路透的置评请求。美国银行 BAC.N 拒绝发表评论。
路透本月早些时候报导称，摩根士丹利以固定利率贷款的形式提供债务，利息为 9.5%，折扣价为 97.5 至 98 美分。
除摩根士丹利外，其他六家贷款机构也参与了马斯克的收购，共向他提供了 130 亿美元的贷款。
这笔收购资金包括一笔65亿美元的有担保定期贷款、5亿美元的循环信用贷款、30亿美元的无担保贷款，以及30亿美元的有担保贷款。(完)
