智通财经APP获悉，中教控股(00839)涨超4%，截至发稿，涨4.27%，报2.44港元，成交2127.76万港元。
消息面上，4月28日，中教控股发布公告，为把握增长机遇并积极应对行业动态变化，本公司正围绕本科教育平台优化、中职教育板块调整、项目执行纪律强化和财务实力与融资管道拓展四大重点领域推进战略转型。
公告称，公司正在积极检视资本管理策略，重点评估股息派发与股份回购各自的相对优势。在当前市场环境及资本可用性条件下，公司将优先考虑偿还债务及维持流动性稳定，以应对上述收紧的金融环境及即将到期的债务安排，避免交叉违约风险并保障营运稳定。
同时，鉴于以往的股息派发未能有效稳定并反映公司市场价值，股份回购相较于派息在资本配置方面或能提供更大的灵活性。此外，股份回购亦可有效彰显公司对内在价值之信心，提升股东回报，并有望为透过港股通持股的投资者(截至2025年4月25日，根据香港联合交易所网站资料，该部分股东合计持有公司已发行股份约14.79%)带来额外效益。
