Bubs Australia's (ASX:BUB) unit Infant Food won a legal dispute against two former customers, securing a total of AU$26.5 million in awards, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.
The company has been awarded AU$22.9 million in the proceeding against Alice Trading and AU$3.6 million in the proceeding against Willis Trading.
The Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration handed down the awards in the arbitration proceedings for debt, breach of contract, and damages claims.
Both customers are part of Alpha Professional Holdings, a Hong Kong-listed company.
The company said it will now consider its options to recover the awarded amounts from Alice and Willis.
