Rubicon Water (ASX:RWL) unanimously elected its independent non-executive director, Tony Morganti, as its chair, effective Tuesday, according to a same-day Australian bourse filing.
Its chair, Gordon Dickinson, stepped down to assume the role as deputy chair, the filing said.
