Samina (SANM) late Monday reported fiscal Q2 non-GAAP net income of $1.41 per diluted share, up from $1.30 a year ago.
One analyst polled by FactSet expected $1.52.
Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was $1.98 billion, up from $1.83 billion a year ago.
A single analyst expected $2.05 billion.
For Q3, the company is projecting non-GAAP EPS of $1.35 to $1.45 on $1.93 billion to $2.03 billion in revenue.
Analysts are looking for $1.53 and $2.06 billion, respectively.
Sanmina shares fell more than 7% in Monday's after-hours session.
