智通财经APP讯，新华保险(01336)发布公告，经董事会于2025年4月29日审议通过，公司拟出资不超过人民币100亿元(含)认购私募基金(国丰兴华鸿鹄志远二期私募证券投资基金)份额。于本公告日期，相关方尚未就拟议认购基金份额签署合同。
公告称，拟议认购私募基金份额符合国家推动中长期资金入市的相关政策，以及未来公司整体战略发展方向。公司坚持长期投资、价值投资和稳健投资的理念，积极发挥好长期资本、耐心资本、高能级战略资本优势。拟议认购私募基金份额不会对公司正常生产经营产生重大不利影响，不存在损害公司及全体股东利益的情况。
