** TDY said Bobb previously headed the company's aerospace and defense electronics segment and its engineered systems segment, among others
** Roks was named as CEO in October 2023
** Co last week topped estimates for Q1 profit and revenue, owing to sustained demand for its target detection sensors and electronic components used in sectors such as aerospace and defense
** 10 of 11 brokerages rate the stock "buy" or higher, 1 "hold"; their median PT is $550
** As of last close, stock was nearly flat at 0.2% YTD
