发展商公布销售安排第2号，将于本周六(5月3日)进行次轮销售，公开发售共302伙，当中以价单形式发售的288伙，涵盖39伙一房、170伙两房及79伙三房单位，市值超过18亿元。其余14伙以招标形式发售特色单位，包括7伙Sky Collection及7伙Garden Collection特色户。销售安排第2号价单推售单位的折实平均呎价为11,550元，以现金付款计划最高折扣15%计算，销售安排第2号单位折实售价由327.16万元至899.81万元，折实呎价9,992元至13,533元。
