Match Group (MTCH) said Tuesday that Kelly Campbell, former president of Comcast unit (CMCSA) NBCUniversal's Peacock, will join its board of directors at the 2025 annual meeting.

With Campbell's election, more than a third of Match Group's directors will be new over the past year, the company said.

Meanwhile, Match Group and Anson Funds have signed an information-sharing agreement as part of their ongoing collaboration. In response, Anson Funds has withdrawn its director nominations and proposal to declassify the board, Match Group said.

At the upcoming annual meeting, shareholders will vote on Match Group's proposal to declassify the board, the company added.

Shares of Match Group fell 1.2% in recent trading.
