Tiger Brokers has been named a finalist in 3 categories in the 2024 Finder Innovation Awards, thanks to its novel implementation of customer-first AI tools. It is a Finalist in the Investment Innovation, AI Innovation and Online Customer Service Innovation categories.

The Finder Innovation Awards celebrates individuals, brands and companies that continue to evolve their businesses to meet and often exceed the ever-changing needs of Australian consumers.

Customer-centric intelligence

Since 2023, Tiger Brokers has implemented a number of AI-driven innovations to better assist its users.

It has introduced a Global Customer Support System (GCS), an AI-powered language platform designed to give personalised support to its non-native English users.

Since June 2023, it has helped dramatically reduce delays in responses to customers, with the average connection rate hitting 94%. It’s now also responsible for handling around 80% of customer inquiries, with an 85% accuracy rate.

Along with its focus on customer service, Tiger Brokers has also implemented AI to help users invest.

TigerGPT, the first AI investing tool in Australia, has helped bring the power of artificial intelligence to the stock market, automating much of the time-consuming research required of investors.

Built into the Tiger Trade platform, TigerGPT lets users easily request stock analysis and financial summaries, saving them time and distilling complex information down into digestible content.

TigerGPT now handles more than 10,000 weekly interactions, and usage is up more than 400% over the last 12 months.

It’s clear Tiger Brokers is approaching the AI revolution from a customer-first perspective, so it’s little wonder it’s fared so well in the Finder Innovation Awards.
