Ubtech Robotics (HKG:9880) seeks to raise HK$914.0 million by placing up to 10,155,099 new H shares to at least six places at HK$90.00 apiece, a Thursday bourse filing said.

The placing shares represent 2.30% of the enlarged issued share capital of the company.

The company plans to use the net proceeds of HK$876.3 million to repay due amounts and to develop and operate the group's business.
