Hong Kong Stocks Rise, SMIC up 3.38%, Li Auto up 3.82%

On Friday, November 29, 2024, the Hong Kong stock market saw a positive performance with the Hang Seng Index (HSI) rising by 0.29%, the Hang Seng China Enterprises Index (HSCEI) up by 0.32%, the Hang Seng Tech Index (HSTECH) increasing by 1.06%, and the Hang Seng Composite Index (HSCCI) up by 0.42%.

In terms of individual stocks, SMIC rose by 3.38%. Li Auto saw a significant increase of 3.82% after announcing a year-end limited-time zero-interest policy, offering a minimum down payment and a 3-year zero-interest financial plan for the purchase of its L series and MEGA models. CMSC surged by 6.61%, while CSC gained 3.57%. BYD Electronic also saw a rise of 1.17%.

Meituan-W, however, experienced a decline of 2.03%.
