港股异动 | 东风集团一度暴涨超50%，若与长安合并将诞生中国第一大车企
本周一（2月10日）港股盘初， 东风集团股份 一度暴涨超50%，截止发稿报4.95港元，公司与长安汽车同日宣布筹划重组。
两家车企同日发布重组的公告，也在网上引起了大量讨论，关于“两大汽车央企要联合重组”的消息在车圈炸开了锅。
如果东风汽车和长安汽车能够合并，将诞生国内最大汽车集团。
数据显示，2024年长安汽车总销量达到268万辆，其中新能源销量突破73.4万辆，同比增长52.8%。2024年东风集团实现248万辆的汽车销量，同比增长2.5%，其中自主品牌销量达到137万辆，同比增长34.3%，占集团销量55%。
如果照此计算，2024年长安汽车和东风集团的汽车销量总和达到了516万辆，已经超过了中国汽车销冠比亚迪的427.2万辆。
