美股异动 | 光通信厂商AAOI大涨近50%，与亚马逊达成股权协议
本周五（3月14日）美股盘初，光通信厂商 Applied Optoelectronics 涨近50%，截至发稿报23.36美元，涨幅47.2%。
消息面上，公司与亚马逊达成协议，亚马逊可以购买近800万股Applied Optoelectronics的普通股，表示与亚马逊的协议允许该公司以每股23.70美元的价格收购最多790万股其普通股。
根据证券交易委员会的申请，签署协议后，亚马逊获得了购买130万普通股的认股权证，其余部分将根据亚马逊及其附属公司的购买情况，在一段时间内逐步归属，购买总额最高可达 40 亿美元。
Applied Optoelectronics主要为互联网数据中心、有线宽带、电信以及光纤到户等市场提供光纤接入网络产品。
