据悉，Klarna将与消费金融应用OnePay合作，为沃尔玛美国的消费者提供BNPL贷款服务。Klarna表示，"沃尔玛美国的顾客将可以使用由Klarna支持的OnePay分期贷款，购买电子产品、家居园艺、汽车配件等数千种商品。"获得批准的用户可以选择3至36个月不等的还款期限，这无疑将大大提升Klarna在美国BNPL市场的竞争力。
值得注意的是，Klarna近期还提交了首次公开募股（IPO）招股说明书，计划在纽约证券交易所上市，股票代码为"KLAR"。虽然目前该公司尚未披露具体的发行股数和价格区间，但这一举动表明Klarna正在积极扩大其市场影响力。对于Affirm来说，失去沃尔玛这个重要合作伙伴，加上Klarna即将上市，可能会在未来面临更激烈的市场竞争，这也是投资者看空Affirm股票的重要原因。
