因FDA淘汰动物测试要求，概念股 Simulations Plus 夜盘大涨24%， Recursion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. 、 Schrodinger Inc. 涨超18%， Certara, Inc. 涨超4%。
美国食品药品监督管理局（FDA）周四宣布，计划在单克隆抗体疗法及其他药物的研发过程中，采用与人类相关的方法来取代动物试验。
美国食品药品监督管理局表示，将逐步取消动物试验的要求，转而采用基于人工智能的毒性计算模型、细胞系以及类器官毒性测试方法。预计相关措施将立即开始实施。
