Getty Images、Shutterstock双双大涨，两家公司将合并
周二，Getty Images大幅高开，截至发稿涨约40%，Shutterstock涨超24%。消息面上，Getty Images周二宣布，将与竞争对手Shutterstock合并，打造一个价值37亿美元的视觉内容公司。
合并后的新公司将保留Getty Images的名称，并在纽交所以“GETY”作为股票代码进行交易。Getty Images的股东将拥有新公司54.7%的股份，而Shutterstock的股东将拥有45.3%的股份。Getty Images首席执行官Craig Peters将担任新公司的首席执行官。
该交易预计将带来显著的协同效应，在交易后的前三年内，销售、一般和行政费用以及资本支出方面节省1.5亿至2亿美元。
