Globant to Buy Blankfactor
Globant (GLOB) said Tuesday it has agreed to buy IT services consulting firm Blankfactor, which specializes in payments, banking, and capital markets.
Completion of the deal is subject to closing conditions, including regulatory clearance, Globant said.
