　　新火科技控股（01611）发布公告，于2024年9月18日，认购方（公司的直接全资附属公司）订立认购协议，认购方同意认购独立投资组合（基金公司辖下独立投资组合）应占约1120股A类股份，认购总额为112万泰达币（相当于112万美元及约873.6万港元）。

　　认购事项的主要目的是多元拓展公司的投资组合，从而运用公司的内部资源提高获利能力及回报。

　　经计及基金公司的投资目标及独立投资组合的前景，加上考虑到投资经理的经验与技能，董事（包括独立非执行董事）认为认购事项的条款及其项下拟进行交易乃于集团日常及一般业务过程中按公平合理的一般商业条款订立，并符合公司及公司股东的整体最佳利益。
