智通财经APP讯，辽港股份(601880.SH)发布公告，公司拟使用自有资金通过上海证券交易所股票交易系统以集中竞价交易方式回购公司股份，本次回购的股份将全部予以注销并减少公司注册资本。本次回购资金总额不低于人民币4.2亿元(含)，不超过人民币8.4亿元(含)。本次回购价格不超过人民币1.87元/股(含)。回购股份期限自公司股东大会审议通过本次回购股份方案之日起不超过12个月。
