智通财经APP讯，海隆控股(01623)发布公告，自2024年10月15日起，汪涛因工作调整而辞任执行董事、公司首席执行官及公司提名委员会成员职务。
自2024年10月15日起，公司执行董事、董事会主席兼执行主席张军将暂时承担过渡期间首席执行官的职责及责任，直至委任新首席执行官为止。
自2024年10月15日起及于汪涛辞任后，非执行董事杨庆理已获委任为提名委员会成员以接替汪涛。
此外，继续停牌。
