1058 GMT - Ericsson consensus full-year Ebit expectations could rise between 5% and 10%, with similar upgrades for next year also likely given the company's strong gross margin, UBS analyst Francois-Xavier Bouvignies writes. Ericsson third quarter revenues were roughly in line with consensus, but Ebita was around 26% above consensus driven by geographic mix and cost savings, UBS says. The company's adjusted group gross margin was strong at 46.3% versus consensus at 43.7%, driven mainly by the network gross margin that came in at 48.7% versus the company guidance of 45%-47% and consensus that was at 46%, the bank says. Shares trade 9% higher at 85.36 kronor. (dominic.chopping@wsj.com)
