Global Technology Acquisition I (GTAC) said Wednesday it will dissolve and liquidate after failing to consummate an initial business combination within the required period.
The last trading day of the blank-check company's securities on Nasdaq is expected to be on Thursday.
The company expects the redemption of its outstanding class A ordinary shares, at approximately $11.50 per share, to be completed no later than Oct. 25.
