CapitaLand Ascendas REIT (SGX:A17U) utilized proceeds from the gross proceeds of around SG$500.0 million from a private placement activity, a filing with the Singapore Exchange said on Friday.
The REIT utilized proceeds to partially finance the development of a logistics facility and for the repayment of debt.
The remaining balance of the proceeds is now SG$32.1 million.
