10月25日，Spirit Airlines披露了出售23架空客飞机、缩减航班运力和裁员以增加流动性的计划。截至发稿，Spirit盘前上涨15.7%，报2.80美元。

该公司预计第三季度调整后营业利润率将比之前预期区间的中值高出约300个基点，原因是营收强于预期，且转型计划的初步效果超出了最初的预期。
Spirit第三季度运力同比下降1.2%，预计第四季度运力将下降约20%。
该公司还预计，2025年运力将同比下降15%左右。
Spirit还确定将从2025年初开始实施约8000万美元的年度成本削减计划，主要通过与预期航班量相称的裁员来实现。
Spirit重申了年底流动资金超过10亿美元的目标。该公司计划在11月中旬公布第三季度业绩。
此外，据媒体最近报道，美国边疆航空(Frontier Airlines)正在寻求重新竞购Spirit Airlines。如果达成协议，这可能会成为Spirit重组破产债务和其他负债的一部分。
