智通财经APP讯，世茂服务(00873)公布，于2024年10月31日，公司间接全资附属公司成都世茂天成与合营伙伴海南自在充新能源科技有限公司订立投资协议，据此，订约方同意成立合营公司，以在中国建设及运营电动车充电站。
根据投资协议的条款，合营公司的注册资本为人民币4亿元。成都世茂天成将出资人民币1.96亿元，合营伙伴将出资剩余人民币2.04亿元，作为合营公司的注册资本。合营公司成立后，成都世茂天成及合营伙伴将分别拥有合营公司49%及51%股权。
公告称，该集团为中国一家领先的物业管理服务提供商，为中国144个城市近320万业主提供物业管理及社区增值服务。近年，响应中国政府新能源汽车国家战略计划，电动车数量迅速增长。于2023年，电动车销量占全部新车销量的50%。随着路面的电动车数量增加，市场对电动车充电服务存在巨大需求。合营公司将专注于充电站的开发及运营，为集团在管社区的电动车主提供充电服务的同时拓展第三方市场业务，实现绿色出行，打造低碳社区。该等电动车充电服务与集团的业务运营战略契合，在场地开拓、运营、维护及配套服务等事项上创新合作模式，与集团的增值服务相得益彰。
