智通财经APP获悉，艾美疫苗(06660)发布公告，公司自主研发的13价结合肺炎疫苗已向国家药品监督管理局提交药品上市注册。已完成揭盲的Ⅲ期临床研究结果显示，艾美这款疫苗具有良好的免疫原性和安全性，达到临床预设目标。此外，集团旗下艾美坚持生物制药有限公司已取得生产该产品相应的药品生产许可证。
在新冠疫情之前，13价结合肺炎疫苗有“全球疫苗之王”的美誉，是连续十年的全球疫苗销售冠军。根据辉瑞公司2023年报，辉瑞公司的结合肺炎疫苗在2023年度的全球销售额约为64.4亿美元。此外，13价结合肺炎疫苗在中国获批年龄组的渗透率预估为25.9%，而美国相应年龄组渗透率超过80%，可见中国市场具有巨大的上升空间。灼识咨询预计到2030年国内市场规模有望达到350亿元人民币。
目前全球13价结合肺炎疫苗缺口高达1.8亿剂，但目前全球仅三家企业获批供应，艾美的13价结合肺炎疫苗上市之后，将成为重要供应商，并大幅提升公司业绩。
在资本市场的表现上，十月以来港股医药板块强势反弹，艾美疫苗(06660)连续领涨，底部成交量创历史新高。
