和黄医药(00013)将于2024年美国血液学会年会和2024年欧洲肿瘤内科学会亚洲年会公布临床数据
智通财经APP讯，和黄医药(00013)发布公告，索乐匹尼布 (sovleplenib)的ESLIM-01 III期研究以及和黄医药自主研发的化合物的数项研究的最新及更新后的数据将于2024年12月7日至10日在美国圣地亚哥召开的2024年美国血液学会 (ASH)年会，以及2024年12月6日至8日在新加坡召开的2024年欧洲肿瘤内科学会(ESMO) 亚洲年会上公布。
来自索乐匹尼布用于治疗成人原发免疫性血小板减少症患者的ESLIM-01 中国III 期研究的一项后续、开放标签的子研究的长期安全性和疗效数据于2024年ASH年会公布(NCT05029635)。至数据截止日2024年1月31日，共179名患者接受了至少一剂索乐匹尼布治疗。该子研究中 55.3% (99/179)的患者仍在接受治疗，中位暴露时间为 56.6 周。
该后续子研究的数据表明，在中国的成人原发免疫性血小板减少症患者中，索乐匹尼布长期治疗可有效提升并维持血小板计数。在总体人群中，81%(145/179)的患者达到整体应答，其中持续应答率为51.4%，长期持续应答率为59.8%。血小板计数≥50×10⁹/L 的中位累计持续时间为38.9周。长期治疗的耐受性良好，安全性与既往临床研究保持一致，且没有发现新的安全性信号。
