Real estate developer TARC (NSE:TARC, BOM:543249) has received board approval to raise up to 47 billion Indian rupees through the issue of non-convertible debentures in one or more tranches, according to a Wednesday filing to the stock exchanges.
The company plans to raise up to 47,000 non-convertible debentures bearing face value of 100,000 rupees each on a private placement basis.
Shares of the company were down over 1% in recent trade.
