哈尔滨银行(06138.HK) 及中国银行(03988.HK) 黑龙江省分行组建金融服务保障团队，成为哈尔滨2025年第九届亚洲冬季运动会(亚冬会)官方合作伙伴，并联合发布亚冬会金融服务方案，将共同打造支付便利、服务优质、安全高效的亚冬会金融服务环境。
