Hyster-Yale Sets $50 Million Stock Buyback

Hyster-Yale's board has approved the repurchase of up to $50 million, or 1.5 million shares, of Class A common stock, whichever comes first.

The Cleveland maker of lift trucks on Monday said it currently has about 17.5 million common shares outstanding, including roughly 14.1 million Class A shares.

Hyster-Yale said the buyback authorization is good through in November 2027.
