智通财经APP讯，美亚娱乐资讯(00391)发布公告，该集团预期截至2024年9月30日止6个月(“该期间”)的未经审核股东应占亏损介乎约3000万港元至4000万港元，相较2023年相应期间所取得约450万港元的亏损。
该变动主要原因来自:(1)分部“电影放映及电影版权授出及转授”的收入减少，因与若干媒体平台的合约达至阶段性完成而减少于该期间交付及完成影片的数量;(2)集团于该期间推出的一部电影及一项音乐剧表演项目的结果低于预期而将产生的预计亏损;及(2)投资物业重估的公允值亏损按市场趋势而有所增加。
