海峡石油化工(00852.HK) 公布，接获执行董事姚国梁通知，其已于香港及英属处女群岛对Forever Winner International Ltd. (FWI)、执行董事王健生、Sino Century Holdings Limited (Sino Century)及夏永玲提起法律诉讼。据悉，原因是其在未经其批准的情况下，其遭不恰当罢免了其在FWI的董事职务，而夏永玲获委任为FWI董事以取代其职务。
根据FWI于联交所网站上提交的权益披露，持有海峡石油化工49.06%已发行股份的FWI由姚国梁及王健生共同控制，各占50%。
据姚国梁告知，姚国梁提起的上述法律诉讼旨在获得针对王健生、Sino Century和FWI的禁令救济，以维持FWI的现状，并限制夏永玲行使FWI董事的任何权力。(js/a)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
