智通财经APP获悉，SPROCOMM INTEL(01401)昨日股价闪崩并收跌87.96%，今日早盘股价再跌超12%，截至发稿，跌8%，报1.38港元，成交额1314.06万港元。
消息面上，香港证监会最近曾就SPROCOMM INTEL的股权分布进行查讯，核查出该公司只有9002.2万股（占已发行股本的9%）由其他股东持有。证监会提醒，鉴于股权高度集中于数目不多之股东，即使少量股份成交，公司股份价格亦可能大幅波动，股东及有意投资者于买卖该公司股份时务请审慎行事。
