融信服务公布，融心一品(要约人)建议以协议安排方式将公司私有化，每股现金作价0.6元，较停牌前溢价15.38%，涉资约7,986万元。生效后，公司将申请撤销股份于联交所的上市地位。目前，要约人及其一致行动人士共计持有公司股本73.8%。(js/w)
