公告称，转亏主要由于财务成本增加造成。本期财务成本为1.08亿元，其中银行借款成本为5300万元，其他借款成本为3660万元，应付关联公司款项贴现拨回及递延代价提前支付前确认应计利息1790万元。于2024年8月31日，公司银行及其他借款为14.97亿元，其中银行借款余额为9.47亿元，其他借款余额为5.5亿元。债务融资主要用于职教板块大英校区建设以及日常运营。于本公告日期，本公司正在积极调整资本结构，包括但不限于出售部分资产回笼现金;优化营运资金管理，减少外部融资需求;寻找更低成本债务融资方案等方式减少财务成本。
