智通财经APP获悉，大摩发布研究报告称，调升北京首都机场股份(00694)目标价12%至2.9港元，以反映盈利及加权平均资木成本(WACC)调整，以及港元兑人民币汇率变化之影响，投资评级为“与大市同步”。
大摩报告指，考虑到首都机场第三季商业收入低于预期，已将后者2024-26年盈利预测分别下调14%、7%和6%，同时WACC预测亦由12.9%下调至12.8%。
