民生银行(01988.HK) 公布，有关北京分行以金融借款合同纠纷为由，对泛海控股等提出诉讼，泛海控股对北京金融法院的民事判决书中部分内容不服，向北京市高级人民法院提出上诉，该行于周三(27日)收到北京市高级人民法院的民事判决书，判处驳回上诉，维持原判，二审受理费4,206.79元人民币由泛海控股负担。有关判决为终审判决。
