SL Green Realty (SLG) and its joint venture partners said Tuesday they have modified and extended their $1.25 billion mortgage for the One Madison Avenue property in Manhattan, pushing the final payment date to Nov. 2027.
The new agreement keeps the interest rate at 3.10% over the Term Secured Overnight Financing Rate and allows for lower rates if leasing goals are met, the company said.
