消息面上，12月1日，中央机关及其直属机构2025年度考试录用公务员公共科目笔试正式举行，共258.6万人实际参加考试。值得注意的是，根据粉笔内部统计，“2025国考行测模考大赛(终极)”吸引了超过52万名考生报名参加，相比去年同期增加26%，最终成功交卷完考的考生约30万人，同比增加32%，参与人数再创新高。
信达证券此前指出，根据国家公务员局统计，25年国家公务员考试共有341.6万人通过了用人单位的资格审查，通过资格审查人数与录用计划数之比约为86：1。该行指出，25年国考报名再创新高，报名人数同增13%，录取率进一步降低，有望刺激招录培训需求的提升。招录培训机构进入学员培训高峰期，建议关注业绩弹性，相关公司包括粉笔等。
