Hansen Technologies (ASX:HSN) said that shareholder Othonna sold 7 million shares, representing a 3.4% stake in the company, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.
Othonna is the trustee of the Hansen Property Trust, which was established by Hansen Technologies' founder and the parents of Chief Executive Andrew Hansen.
Upon completion of the sale, Othonna will remain the company's largest shareholder with 20.7 million shares, the filing said.
Hansen and Othonna have no plans to sell more shares, the filing added.
The company's shares fell almost 4% in recent Wednesday trade.
